Type in your web site, foreclosed homes for sale in Los Angeles for example or of course wherever you live

Why would you want to buy a foreclosed home? You inherit all the problems that the former owner did not fix. Besides there are going to be thousands of former homeowners who were unjustly foreclosed on and the law suits will follow.

There is nothing special about the "foreclosure homes" websites. Most are bogged down with inaccurate information. I had a client subscribe to a foreclosure site, in our brief search, we found that 25% of the listings were no longer available. I am sure if we would have dug deeper, the number would have been much higher. If you want to buy a foreclosure home, you need to contact a local Realtor that can send you listings.
